1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Some items (like undergarments or clearance items) may be non-returnable


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider


4. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color)?

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
